These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of princeofcricket.com (the "Site"), operated by Technovative Pty Ltd (ABN 43 697 004 112) ("we", "us", "our"), the publisher of Prince of Cricket (a game developed by Anemative Pvt Ltd), including registering your interest in early access to Prince of Cricket and subscribing to our newsletter.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about Prince of Cricket, a game developed by Anemative Pvt Ltd and published by us, and allows you to:

register your interest in early access; and
subscribe to our newsletter for development news and updates.

Prince of Cricket is in active development. Any information, features, characters, art, release dates or plans described on the Site are indicative only and may change, be delayed, or be cancelled at any time without notice.

The Site is operated from Australia. We do not represent that the Site or its content is appropriate or available for use in all locations, and access from territories where its content is unlawful is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.

Registering your interest is an expression of interest only. It does not guarantee that you will receive early access, a place in any test, or any particular game, content, or reward.
We may select, limit, change, suspend or cancel early access at any time, and may set additional terms for any early-access programme when it launches.
Registration does not create any contract, obligation, or entitlement to the final game.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Eligibility

The names Prince of Cricket, Technovative and Anemative, and their associated logos, are trade marks of their respective owners. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site may be trade marks of their respective owners and are acknowledged as such.

The design, layout, "look and feel" and visual identity of the Site are protected by trade dress and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. No logo, graphic, image, audio, or other element of the Site may be copied, used or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by us in writing.

You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in civil and criminal liability.
